If you still have more questions or concerns about SRESS, please feel free to contact us and one of our dedicated staff members will promptly contact you with answers to your questions. 

SRESS services are free of cost. Initial evaluations to determine eligibility can be paid for by the Regional Center or Medi-Cal.
To find out if you are eligible for Regional Services click on the link to see what regional Centers encompasses your area. There are 21 Regional Centers in California. Click on the link to locate the Regional Center in your area and speak with the On-Duty Officer Regional Center | Directory and Information Guide for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Contact your Regional Service Coordinator and let him/her know that you are interested in enrolling your son/daughter in the SRESS services. Provide them with our company name and phone number. Your Service Coordinator will contact use regarding your interest and a SRESS representative will contact you to schedule either a Zoom or In-person assessment.

No, a client does not need to be a U.S. citizen to receive services from the Regional Center.

SRESS participants must be of the age 18 or older. You or a family member may arrange for and accompany the participant during the assessment process. If you are his/her legal guardian, you may sign the Agreement and Consent Forms. In addition, if you are not the conservator you may not sign documents for them or arrange meetings with SRESS personnel without their permission. If you are the conservator for this adult, SRESS can obtain this information from your Regional Center Service Coordinator.
Unless otherwise stated at the time your son/daughter initial assessment. Eligibility can be determined at the end of the Assessment. Program services can begin within 30-days, providing that all SRESS intake paperwork is completed and you and SRESS both agree that SRESS is in fact a good fit for your loved one.
